Question: Is this the weight loss plateau?

Hi there Since december i've been dieting and exercising, lost 10kg. now i increased my workout (2 weeks ago) and kept the same diet, but ive been gaining weight, 1- 2 kg, it fluctuates each day. i do weight training and cardio, 50 mins 5 times a week, and then at home id do yoga. So is this a weight loss plateau? hhow do you overcome it? i dont want to eat less than i do now. my diet is 1300kcal per day. im 18, female, 171cm tall. i weigh 76kg now. why am i gaining weight? sorry for this boring question, just cant find anyone with the same problem as me. thank you for your answers!

It's not a plateau - that's when you stay at the same weight. I think that you're gaining muscle, which is more dense than fat. As long as you fit into your slimmer clothes, you have nothing to worry about. There are plenty of people with the same problem - don't worry about how much you weigh, just worry about being healthy.
