Are those pictures real like a fat man in 100 days become buff and musclar ppl said they are fake and is only for business >

Lol, I know someone who had there picture stolen and put on some kind of weight loss spam ad. It said something like "I got shredded in 21 days and you can too! ". The guy was pretty nonchalant about it, but felt bad for people being tricked into buying it. It took him around 2 years.

The obvious way to burn fat is to consume less food and move more often, the issues surface when we really aim to put that into practice! There are a lot of temptations out there don't you think?! I found some excellent information by reading the web portal in the box below, they have a lot of instruction, I melted away 7 pounds by following their helpful advice.

Lol i'm not really sure.....I am in my second week of P90X though. I am not super fat, but definitely overweight. I'll know the answer to this question in eighty more days haha.
