Question: How can i speed up my weight loss on 20-40 calories a day?

I have been consuming 20calories of liquid a day, and 2- 4diet pills that are about 5 calories each, for the past four days. I've lost about 6- 7lbs without exercise. How can I speed up my weight loss? I recently gained a ton of weight in an attempt to "eat healthy " courtesy of my bf. I've been anorexic and bulimic for 7years. Don't answer if your response has NOTHING to do with my question. Thanks <3 height: 5'8 lw:120 hw: 158 cw:142.8 gw1:132 gw2:120 *Don't answer if you're going to tell me I'm stupid or won't lose weight...etc. Read the description. I had 2 eating disorders for 7years. I know what I'm doing I just need help speeding it up. If you don't know what my stats mean, then don't bother answering either.*

Hey! uh whenever i ask a question similar to weight loss & what not, people never answer the question & rather judge you...I have found that a lot lately. Anyways, someone in the same boat as me, (: because I use to be 125 at 5'6 " but recently gained because of the people around me! Exercise! Exercise! Exercise! No matter how often you eat or dont eat, & the fat your body will burn to keep you going, exercise will help tremendously; even if you just go on a walk. Drink plenty of water to, kind of like a detox. (: GOOD LUCK! BTW, we should be weight loss buddies, :D im up for soem motivation.

The honest most healthy way to lose the weight is through exercise. sure, its not what people want to hear, but its the cold hard truth. diet pills are something you do not want to rely on, seriously. eat healthy & exercise - its that simple = ]

I am sorry to say this but your still anorexic if you think eating 40 cal a day and 4 diet pills is "healthy " you need to eat at least 1200 calories a day or your not going to have any brain cells left and you will eventually die.

You're an idiot. You should know 20-40 calories a day will kill your body. You said you don't exercise, stop being lazy. Keep going down this path and you WILL hurt your metabolism to the point where you cannot lose weight and will gain weight eating even the little calories you are eating right now. Again, stop being stupid. You're a bigger idiot. You know you have an eating disorder, instead of going for help, you ask people on the internet who in no way will support what you are doing yet still asking them for advice on how to kill yourself. You're not loosing any significant weight by starving yourself therefore there is no way to speed up you weight loss. When you starve yourself your body goes into survival mode so any food you eat hereafter will instantly be turned into fat. Your goal shouldn't be skinny, your goal should be healthy. Often when becoming healthy you'll gain a little weight overall (because muscle is heavier than fat) but you will look slimmer and feel better. Instead, eat 5-6 small meals a day consisting of fruits, whole grains, veggies, etc. Get your heart pumping by doing some cardio or go for a long walk around the neighborhood. Cut out those diet pills because all they do is increase your heart rate and drain the water out of you. They are just going to put you in the hospital or kill you. Most importantly check yourself into a counseling center ASAP. Eating disorders are a serious matter which require immediate attention unless your ultimate desire is to end up in a grave before you hit 30.

If you only eat 40 calories a day your not going to lose a thing because you need at least 1,200 calories because your body is going to like shut down and its not going to lose anything because your body thinks your starving itself so your not going to lose anything your just going to stay the same and your 5'8 and weigh 120 pounds my goodness your anorexic go eat some mcdonalds or something because i am 5'8 and im like 140 pounds and i look absoulutely great because I EXCERSISE and I EAT HEALTHY AND I EAT 1,200 CALORIES A DAY so go fatten up or somethingg.

Your probly going to die. Everyone else's done a pretty good job explaining what you should be doing. Your obviously never gonna listen. So yeah, your gonna die as a result. There really is nothing you can do to lose more weight faster. Your already losing weight at an incredibly dangerous rate. Here's the thing though, soon as you get to 120, yer gonna do one of two things; your gonna start eating again, and gain the weight back, or yer gonna keep starving yourself and die. Your choice I guess. I honestly couldn't care less, I don't know you. But I just thought I'd let you know ;)
