Question: Japanese rapid weight loss pills?

I found some on ebay, and they are all over the internet. i haven't seen many reviews but the few i did find all said they work great. has anyone tried them?? and please dont say "just eat right and excersise " because i do! i just want some extra help losing weight faster.

Losing weight "rapidly " makes as much sense as building a skyscraper in a month. Building a skyscraper in a month is possible (there's no law of physics that says it's impossible), but it'll probably topple down on itself when the wind picks up and kill a few thousand people and the families of the dead will all sue you, and... yep. I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, and I don't know much about diet pills (I'm male), but anything with "rapid ", "ebay ", and "all over the internet " rings some bells.
