I am fat and want to lose a stone or 2 more weight. I don't lose weight fast. I have reached a plateau :( Any suggestions on how to start losing again? I have recently gone vegan :) I need no too time consuming suggestions cuz i hardly have any time to exercise and by hardly any i REALLY mean it!! I already skip breakfast and lunch 5 days a week. I have been doing this ever since i started losing so i don't think it is bad for me so no lectures about that please :) I also only get the chance to eat lunch in front of people and i get really embarressed and just can't do it (don't ask why i don't no) so please don't suggest eating lunch again. Thank you :) No tablets or anything all natural cuz i'm not old enough to by stuff like acai berry :(

Just the opposite of what you're doing. Because you've plateau, You need to ADD a few calories for a week to 10 days to trick your body into releasing. Then, after this time has passes, reduce them slightly again, such as 250 per week. You need to give your body and metabolism time to adjust and learn about your new lifestyle. Skipping meals makes things worse, not better. Your body requires energy. Give it small balanced meals 4-5 times a day instead without going over your calorie target. Your days of larger meals, like lunch and dinner should be a thing of the past. When you eat a larger meal, your consuming more calories all at once. These calories need to be burned off before they store as body fat. The more you consume at once, the more work you have to do to burn em off. The less you consume at one time, the less work. Your body gets the energy it needs, your happy cause it's shedding what it doesn't, and you remain the size you want much much longer. Get it? Anyway - congrats on your accomplishment. I know it's tough, but your well on your way to success.

Sounds like you just need to kick start your metabolism. Try eating five or six times a day rather than two or three. But make the meals much smaller and make sure they are healthy. Or you could just try cutting down your portions and eating more fruits and veggies. There are also several different supplements that can assist you with weight loss.
