Question: Whats an easy way for me to lose weight?

I don't like how i look i think i just look ugly i'm 5 ft and im at 120 pounds so far i've lost 5 pounds i want to go down to 110 or 115 and i want to get rid of this double looking stomach i have haha, i'd rather replace those with abs and i need to lose some on my thighs i have no access to a gym all ive been has been doing excercises the hard way because machines just dont do it for me, my mom has the ab circle pro and yea dosent work for me i dont feel any burn when im using it. so if anyone can please help a girl out

Limit your caloric intake to 1800 calories a day.... you can eat anything you want, just make sure its under 1800 calories drink at least half a gallon of water a day run first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.... when running on an empty stomach, you burn your fat directly....

I don't know how old you are, but you mention your mom so I'm going to assume you live with her and that you're a school-aged girl. That means you do have access to a school gym, which is free. You say that machines don't do it for you. What machines have you tried? You don't say what exercises you're doing or how you're eating. Email that to me and I'll be able to help you out.
