Question: Has anyone taken alli to aide in weight loss?

I am considering taking this to help me out a little because I have struggles with weight most of my life. I was wondering if anyone out there who has taken Alli can let me know how it worked for them and if there were any side affects. thanks!

I know the struggle. Trust me, I too have tried everything. February of 2009 I started my weight loss challenge at 245lbs. I did my own program (which is EXTREMLY similar to Alli's program) and lost 44 lbs <Bringing me to 202lbs >. I found myself gaining and regained aprox 10 lbs <Bringing me to 212lbs >. So this past January I began challenging myself again but this times I added Alli. I am currently taking Alli. I have been since January, and it had aided in my weight loss. I have lost apx. 12 lbs and I am now 200lbs. However, if you maintain a healthy diet and count calories and fat, and are eating low calories and low fat...You most likely will lose the weight anyway. You should already be dieting or plan on starting a low fat low calorie diet. If you read you will find that Alli does not MAKE you lose weight it aides in weight loss. They example is: 5lbs for every 10, making a total of 15lbs of weight lost. Also, you will hear A LOT about side effects. There are terrible side effects if you take in too much fat including cramping bloating and oily stools and discharges. I advise that if you are going to start this program that you should read up about the side effects. Also, due to the loss of nutrients you must take a Multivitamin. If you do not you may get sick. The main thing I am trying to say is that it's much more complicated than just taking a pill. Exercise for one, counting calories and fats, monitoring weight loss, documenting weekly, and retraining your brain. BUT Myalli.com really has helped because they walk with you step by step every week.

The previous poster didn't say ONE THING about the question that was asked.(Not to mention that her grammar is HORRID) I have used the product mentioned in the question and can say that it is helpful in addition to your weight loss program. Taking the product alone, without making changes in your eating habits and getting some exercise won't do anything... but yes, use it to assist you in your weight loss... it will work.

Acai berry really does help you lose weight. I have been using it for two months now and it not only helps me lose weight, but it has also made me feel much better overall health wise. I found out about it at weightloss.mylong.info. Try that site, i think its still there.
