Okay so just got a new job where i bascially walk from 1 till 6 . six days a week, so now im only eating breakfast and dinner.... willl i lose any weight? how long till i will notice? plus i dont eat that bad a food, usually just veggies for dinner and chnages everyday for breakfast

If you are overweight you will, and I'm pretty sure that eating less won't make very much of a difference, just don't over eat. You should notice fast enough to enjoy your job pretty soon.

If you already exercise regularly you wont loose anything, but if you dont exercise at all then you will loose weight in the begining then when your body gets used to you walking all the time you will stop loosing weight again.

I find that drinking water helps a lot in shedding weight. It isn't so much the water but the lack of sugar that's in drinks that does it. I also walk whenever I can. Walking is very good for losing weight, so is eating less,.. Try it.

How about you go running around the block every day? Or at least walk it. That would do it if you really want. You will lose weight if you eat less calories than you consume.
