Hey guys... i used to be 86 kg 3 weeks ago now im 77 kg..but everyday my weight goes back to 78 , 79, or eeven 79.5 and it wont go down less than 77 and i go on the treadmill an hour everyday. and i eat healthy 6 hours between each meal.... what am i missing? why isn't my weight going down @lady : i lost 9kgs in 3 weeks caus im still at a young age.... @ amaya.. i dont think im at the right weight because a 14 year old shouldnt be 77kg @chuck: i eat lean meat or salmon for dinner.. and for school i eat tuna sandwich with weightwatchers bread..(brown). ut i think i sshould stop the tuna cause i think the diet mayo is causing the problem of me not goin less than 77... and i eat orange or apple for snack at home.. and like 4- 5 cups of water... and usually when i go on the treadmil it says ive burnt 15 calories or sometimes 95..... is that good or should i be doing more..?? if you guys have anyomore suggestions send to socom_player74@yahoo.ca. yay and great news guys i found out if you dont eat the whole day and do excersize for an hour at medium speed not too fast cuz ull get tired earlier.... the next morning ull se that uu have lost like 1.4 kg.. yesterday i was 78.6 after not eating and excersize im 77 right now.... yaaaaayyy

First of all i would love to know how did u reduce 9 kg (20 lbs) in just 3 weeks ! secondly, you must have reached plateau a point after which you will have to work really hard to shed some more pounds. The key to success is consistency. Do NOT lose heart even if your weight stays at 77 or 78 Kg for next 10 days. One day you will see that your weight will start coming down quickly. Just keep doing whatever u r doing with patience and you will get results soon. aneela

You're not "missing " anything. If your weight is staying the same through healthy eating and exercise, then your body is probably at a healthy weight. Please don't push yourself. It won't go down if your at the right weight, so this is probably a sign that you don't need to lose anymore weight.
