Question: Is this possible for weight loss?

Is it possible to lose weight by eating the same food you used to, but less? Say if i used to eat 2 slices of pizza now eat 1. And if i used 2 eat 2 pieces of toast now eat 1? And drink looootttsss of water over 100oz a day? oh im walking 2 miles a day :) and well, like i said im drinking enought water to fill up a pool :D haha..thanx guys!

If you eat less you will lose weight.
