Question: Can i loose weight by doing this?

Im 15, not over weight but kinda close to it...my bmi is at 23 but i want to get it to 22- 21 so loose about 8- 10 pounds. i wake up at about 11 so i usually just have breakfast and a small snack then a big dinner. my plan is to excersize for 30 minuets each day consisting of running and doing 30 sit ups. drinking 2 glasses of water before each meal, eating low calorie but healthy things such as eggs and oatmeal for breakfast a small snack in between that meal and dinner and at dinner cutting my portion size in half. i want to cut my calorie intake to make sure i don't gain anymore weight and continue exercising to make sure i loose the weight i already have, does that sound smart? im also taking multi vitamins to ensure that i stay healthy. is 8- 10 pounds in 2 months a reasonable goal considering my plan? |

Self motivation will let you stay on track to achieving the result. If you have the best strategy and no motivation to follow through, no good result can be achieved. Stay on top of your plans as you have written. |
