Ugh day 3 & & i want chipotle ~ quick question everybody is saying when you do a water fast you loose only WATER WEIGHT & & NOT FAT WEIGHT i want to know will you be able to tell the difference loosing 20 pounds water weight in your body as loosing fat loss ?! because if its not noticeable , im not going to suffer for no results im 141 and if i loose 20 pounds i will be 120 will i be a hefty 120 or skinny because im heafty right now (size 16 ) and i want to be a size 4 or 5 ugh my thunder thighs so so big ! my friend is skinny 120 and she wears size 3 . will that be me ? |

Targetted weight loss is quite tough, many people would state impossible, however I worked off 2 inches from my thighs by following the guidance on the web portal in the box below. Give it a try, their help is very down to earth! |

Loosing water weight will just make you look less bloaded. You do not loose fat weight from water weight. You need lots of water! Exercise as much as possible. i know it's hard to get the motivation to do that. So just go on a run whenever your feeling 'Fat'. Try cutting down on every meal. Dish out your plate, like you normally would then put about 1/ 3 of it back. So you'll be eating less. It will take time for the results, but just stick with it. Don't give up just if you don't see results in the first week. Keep going! |

No, your bladder pretty much just empties out and the weight that you gain from a full bladder goes away and your back to normal again, you don't lose fat at all. Now for pooping, that may be a different story, just ask on additional details if you want to know more about that. Hope I helped. ;) |

If you are fasting for spiritual purposes that is one thing but it is not a good way to lose weight. Your body must have water to survive you would have to lose 2.5 gallons of water body weight to lose 20 lbs. It will not take the fat off of your thighs but you will see a difference in your arms and face. Your legs are mostly affected by protein and fat loss so you need to do a diet that is directed at your fat stores not water. I don't know how tall you are but if you are 5.4 or taller you are not overweight. So, it would not be wise to do something as drastic as a water fast. I suggest trying some meal replacement bars or shakes that can take 2-5 lbs off of you per week. Millions of people lose weight this way and it is totally safe. |

If you know correct weight loss information and way, weight loss is easy. If you are serious, you must have fast weight loss way that works for you. I recommend you my weight loss way for you.
